Norhan Seleem

Norhan has 22 years of experience in the Telecom and IT Industries. She managed to build a reputation as an all-rounded leader with a broad experience in the operation management. 

After graduation at 2000, Norhan has joined Vodafone Egypt (Misr Phone) right after launch; one of the pioneers in the Telecom market, spent the majority of her career path at Telecom having held several leadership roles in the customer operations from Call Center supervision, to Account Management, Vendor Management then Project management.

hen she joined the IT industry at 2018, she worked at software house where she demonstrated success in leading the business to expand and grow where she managed to open new accounts besides she brought new projects to increase company revenues 7.5 times to reach the position of the Business Development Manager.
During her career journey since graduation, Norhan succeeded to gain a competitive edge over her peers in providing worldwide customer experience been awarded from her employer organization for many achievements  and received more than 15 recognition from her corporate customers.
She is well-known for her strong leadership skills, communication skills, and detail orientation. She has developed an extensive network of business relationships that have been invaluable in helping Techneya get off the ground.
